Who we are

Flowjoy Studio is a UK-based studio building websites, brands, and AI tools for air conditioning businesses. For any privacy question, contact Ben Bradshaw at ben@flowjoy.co.uk.

What we collect

When you submit the audit request form, we collect your company name, your name, your website URL, your email address, and (optionally) your phone number. We use this to prepare and send your audit and to follow up about it.

If you accept analytics cookies (see below), Google Analytics collects standard usage data: pages visited, time on site, approximate location, and device/browser type. We don't combine this with your name or contact details.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

Audit form data: legitimate interest, to deliver the free audit you requested and follow up about it. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Analytics cookies: consent, given (or refused) through the cookie banner on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time using the link in the footer.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and can't be turned off. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are optional and only load once you accept them.

Who we share data with

Google Analytics (analytics, only with consent), Vercel (hosting), and Sanity (the content system this site runs on). None of these providers use your data for their own marketing. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Audit enquiry data is kept for as long as it's useful to our conversation with you, and deleted on request. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard retention settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email ben@flowjoy.co.uk and we'll respond within a month. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the date at the top.
